This footage was filmed roughly a year ago, I wish I had my HD camera when I shot this. It was filmed om Lake Coniston - the home of the Swallows and Amazons stories. Perhaps there's an idea for the future there.

Pan Around Hill

A few days ago, I was looking though GarageBand and I found some very nice piano music. next I started to try and find something to go visually with the music. when I was going though my friends flika account I found a Photomerge so I downloaded it (not thinking that I would use it for this video) but when I tried to cut some of the stock footage to the music, I kept thinking about the photo.

I tried the photo and it worked really well, then I added the very slow pan in Final Cut Pro. Go visit Adam Clarke's Blog as the was one of the many people who mentored me.

Echoes

This was my final video as part of the Film & TV course, while I was at Lancaster & Morecambe College.

I'm a massive Pink Floyd fan and I wanted to honour them by creating this video. Echoes is one of there best pre-dark side of the moon song and Echoes was the real first sign for where they were going with there music.

This was filmed using a Sony HDR-FX1E High definition camcorder. Then I edited it in Final Cut Pro, the compositing was also done in final cut pro.

Unforunetly, I didn't have enough time to finish the entire video. So I ended up with only making half a music video. The gentleman in the video is Adam Clarke. Enjoy!

Two Videos

Hello

Yesterday, I went for a walk with my dog (Lottie) and I was filming her when I spotted something running though the undergrowth. I invesdigated and found that there was a baby grey squirrel. This proived to be quite interesting as i've never seen a baby squirrel before (or indeed a squirrel this close before)

now for a bit of history about Lottie. She is a mongrel of a terrier, which makes her a rodent killing machine (which I will make a video of soon) and she is very good at catching small, fluffy, cute animals. Unforunetly for her, when something interesting happens she doesen't realise that she can't try and eat it while i'm filming it. As a result, the video is quite short, but perfectly formed. One Day, I will make a longer version. With music which wasn't made in 5 minutes in GarageBand. so enjoy...

The next video is a StopMotion mouse. and yes, it's the same mouse as in My Adventure but, the interesting thing is that this was made in late 2004 (when i first started on my course, is only one angle and nothing much happens during the video, but it's very important to me, and I enjoyed making it.
